Pasqual was opened in 1997 by Lynn & Tim Connolly. It was purchased by Juston Liles in November 2003.
Juston was born in 1974, grew up in Throckmorton, and graduated culinary school at the Art Institute of Houston.
Pasqual's vision is to serve fresh, locally grown food (when available) that is properly prepared, flavorful & pleasing enough for the customer to return.
Monday - Friday: 11am - 9pm
Saturday: 5pm - 9pm
Bar open until midnight every Friday and Saturday!
Reservations are always recommended but not required
